RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Quintubate Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality medical devices and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Return Eligibility
Due to the medical nature of our products and hygiene requirements, products that have been opened, used, damaged due to improper handling, modified, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Single-use disposable components, including UVEAL attachable scopes, cannot be returned or refunded once the sterile packaging has been opened.
Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The customer receives an incorrect product due to an error by Quintubate Pvt. Ltd.
- The product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping and is reported within 48 hours of delivery with appropriate photographic evidence.
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection and verification under applicable warranty terms.

Customers must provide their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
Inspection and Approval
All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Quintubate Pvt. Ltd.
For camera-related issues, customers may be required to undergo a remote troubleshooting session before a return is approved. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided according to our Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and verified.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or whose sterile packaging has been opened.
- Damage caused by accidental drops, improper handling, misuse, unauthorized modification, or incorrect storage.
- Issues caused due to incompatibility of the customer’s mobile device, including lack of OTG support or unsupported third-party applications.
- Normal wear and tear of products and components beyond their intended usage conditions.
